Abstract

Diseases of the cardiovascular system remain the leading cause of death worldwide. Ischemic heart disease (CHD) affects a significant part of the population (up to 3% of the general population), and its most common form - stable CHD or exertional angina - occurs in almost 85% of patients with ischemic heart disease. It is also well known that the development of coronary atherosclerosis is facilitated by risk factors: arterial hypertension, diabetes mellitus, lipid metabolism disorders, kidney disease, etc. disaggregants and have the appropriate knowledge of emergency care in the event of an attack of chest pain.
