Abstract

The article present the results of a study on the noninvasive evaluation of the efficacy of thrombolytic therapy (TLT) in myocardial infarction with ST segment elevation (IMPST). The obtained data indicate that an increase in the concentration of markers of myocardial damage-the cardiospecific CF-fraction of creatine phosphokinase (CF CK), the cardiospecific I-fraction of troponin, and also the D-dimer, are markers of myocardial reperfusion. But initially (before the thrombolysis) increased concentration of D-dimer - will be a predictor of the success of the TLT.
